The Fields needed new volunteers in multiple areas, but their volunteer page wasn’t generating many leads from online visitors.

Previously, the page only listed details for one volunteer position and was missing a single, convenient (and non-committal) way for visitors to express interest.

In my redesign, I streamlined the user journey, opting for one general interest form and a fun call to action in the UI copy.

I created titles and descriptions for each role and focused on capturing the friendly, casual personality of the organization while maintaining clarity in the details.
